First up the raw deadlift world record. A raw deadlift is classed as a deadlift that is performed without the aid of a deadlift suit. The lift can however still wear a weight lifting belt.
Raw Deadlift World Record = 461.3 kg or 1015 lbs.
The raw deadlift world record is held by Benedikt Magnússon. Benedikt Magnússon is a strongman and powerlifter from Iceland.
Next up is the equipped deadlift world record. An equipped deadlift is performed using a deadlift suit and a standard bar and plates. Weight lifting straps are not allowed however.
Equipped Deadlift World Record = 457.5 kg or 1,009 lbs.
The equipped deadlift world record is help by Andy Bolton, an English powerlifter and strongman.
The last deadlift world record is for the tire deadlift. A tire deadlift uses hummer tires in place of plates on the bar. Strongman rules apply and lifting straps are allowed.
Tire Deadlift World Record = 504 kg or 1,110 lbs.
This is currently held by Lithuanian strongman Zydrunas Savickas.
